Why tables???, CSS zero values don't need units -just '0'-, use short CSS rules, use reset CSS (as Eric Meyer for example) for a compliant design in all browsers, use relative units (%, em, pt) for accesibility (accesibility in the web, in the desktop, in OSs...); Language attribute in a script don't exists and produce errors, use type -and charset- attr... and more, and more, and more.... :(

Please, graphic designers -great designers, of course-, dedicate to graphic design and leave the html for web developers ;)

...
PS: Well, this is the damn legacy of Microsoft and IE to the web :___(
