do you have some type of template so i just can design and it works/how did you get it to work with the design?

you can always unpack the skin and see for yourself. there is really not that much to classic winamp skins and you cant really change that much of how things are arranged. just rename the file from .wal to .zip and unpack it you will see what I mean

I was waiting for a skin like this, i just have a suggestion, in the ML the selected items could have the same aqua/turquoise color, anyway, my congrats for the palette and the texture.
